When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, postcode, email address, phone number, service interest, estimated electricity bill and any notes you choose to add. We use that information to assess your enquiry, prepare a design or estimate, contact you and keep a record of the conversation.

We process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and improving our service. We do not use the quote form to sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Authorised members of our team receive quote enquiries. We also use contracted service providers for website hosting and secure database storage. They may process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell enquiry data to lead brokers.

Essential browser storage keeps the website secure, remembers your cookie choices and supports forms. It is used because the site cannot provide those functions reliably without it.

With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager for measurement and the Meta Pixel to understand visits from advertising and record a completed enquiry. These services may set or read cookies and receive information such as the page visited, browser, device identifiers and approximate location derived from an IP address. We do not send the contact details entered in the enquiry form to the Meta Pixel.

Analytics and marketing storage are disabled until you choose to allow them. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect the quote form or the rest of the website.

We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed to respond, provide the requested service, handle any follow-up and meet legal or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become customers are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to our use of it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We review this notice when our website or data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
